Estimated delivery
Estimated delivery is 7-15 business days, depending on the destination, product, and carrier. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by carrier or customs delays.
Shipping rates
The exact rate for your order is shown before payment. Current rates are:
- Small accessories: Malta and Europe EUR 7.99; international destinations EUR 14.99.
- Larger products: Malta and Europe EUR 29.99; international destinations EUR 34.99.
If an order contains products from different shipping profiles, Shopify may combine the applicable rates at checkout.
Tracking and order updates
Order updates are sent to the email address entered at checkout. When tracking is available, it will be included in your shipping confirmation.
Address changes
Email order.steerlab@gmail.com as soon as possible if an address is incorrect. We cannot guarantee changes after an order has entered processing or shipped.

If your order arrives damaged, is incorrect, or appears to be lost, contact order.steerlab@gmail.com with your order number and relevant photos so we can investigate.
